I’m happy to announce that my work has been chosen from over 3,000 entries for the summer exhibition staged annually by the Royal Photographic Society in Bristol. I don’t have any other details at present.
Missoula's Frame-of-Mind gallery to include my work in its Spring Show
I’m pleased that for the second time, the Frame-of-Mind gallery in Missoula, Montana is featuring three of my pictures in its May show. Unfortunately I won’t be able to attend the opening night on the first Friday in May (5:30 pm on the 5th), but I’m sure that Heather and her wonderful staff will be very welcoming to all who can be there to see the juried work of over 30 artists.
Shortlisted again for the Royal Academy of Art's Summer Exhibition
I’m very pleased to have been shortlisted for the RA’s summer show for the second year in a row. This is a great honour whether or not I am finally approved for the exhibition this summer. I won’t know the outcome of judging until about the end of May. The theme this year is “Only Connect” interpreted any way one likes.
This annual show, which started in 1768 is now, according to Google, “the world's largest open-submission art show.” Last year my work was seen by the many thousands who visited between June and August.
